Coaches and Parents,
I apologize for the delay with the registration process for SCYWA. We are currently working with someone to have a program integrated with our website that will work very similar to the one we have used in the past. Unfortunately this takes time to develop.
Until our system is up and running, we will use the following process for registrations:
Please print out the appropriate forms located in the “Forms” tab on www.teampalmettowrestling.org as needed.
Complete each form and include funds to cover them.
We will only accept a cashier’s check or money order. Any personal checks will be returned to sender. Cashier’s check or money orders should be made out to Team Palmetto Wrestling Inc.
Mail them to the address listed below.
After each application is processed, you will be mailed a receipt and membership card.
It is very important to keep up with your card and bring it to every SCYWA tournament that you attend. Memberships can also be purchased at each tournament (cash only) until the online system is in place and running properly.
For those of you purchasing coaches cards, these cards grant you mat access ONLY. They do not allow you free admittance into tournaments. There will be a process in place by the beginning of the season that will distribute special cards to registered clubs that will allow their coaches free admittance into tournaments. The quantity distributed will be determined by the clubs quantity of registered wrestlers. The passes will be given to the clubs main contact and distributed at his/her discretion.
